Detective Conan: The Darkest Nightmare (2016) on Netflix

Plot summary

An intruder codenamed Curaçao breaks into the Japanese police's security office and takes a list naming undercover agents from several foreign intelligence services. Yuya Kazami catches her in the act, and Rei Furuya chases her car across the Rainbow Bridge until Shuichi Akai shoots out a tire and the vehicle plunges from the roadway. Curaçao surfaces the following day at the Tohto Aquarium, where Conan Edogawa and the Detective Boys find her hurt and unable to remember anything, her phone broken. Conan photographs her and hands the phone to Dr. Agasa to recover its data, while the children stay with her to help her memory return. Conan and Haibara Ai notice her unerring aim at the dart board and her quick rescue of Genta, signs that she is no ordinary woman.
