Dead Shack (2017) on Netflix

Plot summary

Jason escapes his bickering parents for a weekend at a rundown cabin with Colin, his closest friend, and Colin's sister Summer, on whom he has a crush. Colin's father Roger and Roger's girlfriend Lisa come along. At a café the group crosses paths with a woman the teens later spot at a house in the woods, where cars sit under black goo and a barrel holds melted belongings. They hide when she comes home with two young men. Colin smashes a car window with a thrown rock, and the neighbor comes outside to check the noise. Back at the cabin, the teens try to convince a drunk Roger of what they saw. He takes an ax to investigate himself, and Jason and Summer go with him while Colin stays with Lisa.
