Plot summary
Cooper works as a telemarketer and arrives late again, so his boss Maureen fires him on the spot. A loud sound follows and he faints. He comes to days later, weak and cocooned in the office, and fights off a giant beetle-like bug. He pulls Maureen from her own cocoon, and she remembers that her daughter Sara was waiting in a car outside. There they find Sara unconscious and wrapped in webbing. As Cooper works her free, a large wasp-like creature attacks, and more bugs close in. They draw the insects away with Sara's car alarm and reach a restaurant, where they revive other survivors.
