Plot summary
Maya Mitchell is nineteen, an artist who lives with her mother and her stepfather and hopes to study art in Florence, Italy. She and Jasmine Jones meet online and begin a relationship, and Maya moves into Jasmine's home. Jasmine also spends time with Simon Craw, a doctor who is addicted to drugs and pays her five thousand dollars a month. In a child's bedroom he has set up in his garage, she dresses as a little girl.
