Plot summary
Swimming for his high school team, Justin Petersen hopes the sport will earn him a scholarship. His mother, Diane, swam in high school too. Justin is a virgin, and his girlfriend Amy, a devout Christian, wants him to remain chaste until marriage, while he ignores the flirting of a classmate, Monica. At home, a direct message from Timmy, a classmate, links him to Monica's website and its sexual images, and another direct message brings a link to a pornographic website. He stays up all night browsing it, drinking energy drinks. Diane catches him and asks her husband, Steven, to talk to Justin about sex and respect for women, but Steven calls the behavior normal. Confused, Justin works harder to hide what he downloads, and his practice suffers.
