Plot summary
Coyote and human characters share one world. Wile E. Coyote has spent years chasing the Road Runner with Acme devices, and they keep letting him down. A television ad for a personal injury firm in Albuquerque, one that handles cartoon cases against Acme, brings him to Kevin Avery, the firm's senior partner. Wile E. Coyote wants to sue the company over the faulty gadgets. Kevin's niece Paige, an intern at the firm, wants Acme in court, while Kevin would rather settle.

- Warner Bros. Discovery announced on November 9, 2023 that it had finished Coyote vs. Acme but would not release it, preferring to claim a tax loss of about $30 million, which made it the third film the studio canceled purely for a write-off, after Batgirl and Scoob! Holiday Haunt.
- Bugs Bunny was not originally in the script at all, since the whistleblower role was written for an escaped Dr. Lorre; when it was rewritten for Bugs in post-production, animators rendered him fully in 2D, and co-star Lana Condor did not learn her scene partner was Bugs until a 2023 screening.
