Contract to Kill (2016) on Netflix

Plot summary

Two migrants with links to Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula and Daesh are picked up by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement border patrol agents. The CIA suspects the two are arranging a deal with the Sonora Cartel, run by José Rivera, to bring extremists from Mexico into the United States. John Harmon, a former DEA and CIA agent who once raided a Sonora compound, is enlisted by the CIA's Matt Beck to end the plot. Harmon recruits FBI agent Zara Hayek, an old flame, and Matthew Sharp, an Army-trained spy-drone pilot, once he learns the meeting will be in Istanbul. There the team keeps watch on the Hezbollah leader Ayan Al-Mujahid and Rivera.
