Did you know?!Facts and trivia about Citadel (2012)
Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Writer-director Ciarán Foy based Citadel on his own experience of being attacked by a group of youths in hoodies who threatened him with a dirty syringe and stole nothing, leaving him confused about their motive. The attack left Foy agoraphobic, and he made the film as a form of catharsis.
