Plot summary
The Cycle Sluts, an all-female motorcycle gang, ride into Zariah, where the mortician has been killing townspeople and turning the bodies into zombies. He puts them to work in an abandoned mine, which underground nuclear testing left too radioactive for living people. A curious boy opens the mine to explore it, and the dead come out with vague memories of life and make for town. Just outside Zariah, a bus full of blind orphans breaks down, and their driver keeps an Uzi aboard. The locals give the gang a rough time, and its leader wants no part of a rescue.
