Plot summary
Andy and his wife Kay are traveling through rural Australia on a houseboat with their baby daughter Rosie. A virus that turns the infected rabid within two days has spread across the world, and the family's food is running out. Kay wants to go ashore to look for supplies, but Andy says the river is safer until they reach the refuge they are heading for. While Andy searches an abandoned sailboat for what he can find, Kay goes ashore to gather more. A rabid human bites her.
