Plot summary
The courthouse is seized after Judge Jaeda King sentences Sean Samuels, and the people inside are held as hostages. The takeover is the work of Black Caesar, Sean's brother, and Jaeda is one of those trapped in the building. She has only her own strength and skills to draw on.
