Plot summary
In Albuquerque, Police Chief Carter uncovers the remains of eleven women, victims of a serial killer known for the boneyard killings. FBI Agent Petrovick is brought in to profile the murderer. The chief suspects the killer may be within his own department. As local police, narcotics agents, and the FBI clash over the case, the investigation turns everyone into a potential suspect.
