Plot summary
Greg Wittle spends his working hours daydreaming and drawing. Fired from his job, he leaves his wallet behind and crosses the street to a bar, where he meets Isabel Clemens. She says she built this world and did not anticipate what came of it, and she offers to do him a favor in return for one. She sells his phone and leads him to a camp of tents, where she introduces him to yellow crystals and shows him how to move objects with her mind. After they leave the bar, a woman appears from nowhere, more than once. Isabel insists that the world around them is not real, and Greg does not know what to believe.
