Plot summary
An armed robber demands the money in the safe from Michael, a cashier. Cole calls the robber a coward and dares him to shoot; Michael tries to wrestle the gun away and is shot in the gut. After Cole calls an ambulance, a friend invites him for drinks, and he agrees on one condition: not a house party. It is one, so Cole goes downstairs to drink alone and meets Maya, the host. They talk about an approaching asteroid, dance to her favorite song, and begin dating.
