Plot summary
A father has started a new family elsewhere, and he and his daughter have been estranged. She has inherited the addiction problems he has. After she overdoses, he decides to drive her to rehab himself, and he does not tell her where they are headed. The drive takes the two of them to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Along the way they run into obstacles and meet people, and father and daughter work at sorting out their relationship.
