Blade of Kings (2004) on Netflix

Plot summary

Flower Capital is a land where women rule and men live as slaves under a cruel queen. A prophecy promises that the Star of Rex, a boy, will take up a mythic sword and rise, ending her rule and balancing the sexes again. General Lone, a swordsman set on overthrowing her, has Peachy steal an engraved stone from her palace; the theft succeeds, and her soldiers and spies pursue him. The stone reaches Peachy's friends Charcoal Head and Blockhead, street performers in a troupe run by their adoptive father, Blackwood. They mean to carry it to General Lone and find the engravings are a map they think points to riches. Two female warriors, Spring and Blue Bird, intercept them first, each for her own reason.
