Plot summary
In the small town of Liberty, a neo-Nazi group has killed a pastor and burned his church, and now terrorizes the residents. Tommy Lee, a martial arts instructor, arrives to visit his sister Karen Banning and her husband, Jack Banning, the town sheriff. There he meets the gang's leader, Donnie Hansen. When the gang attacks his sister in the family car, Tommy is drawn into the conflict. He also steps in when the gang harasses schoolteacher Margo Preston, who has taken a stand against them, at a 4-H fair. The town council then meets to decide whether land on the edge of Liberty should be sold to the group, which has made it their headquarters.
