Plot summary
Alex Grady, Tommy Lee and Travis Brickley, karate champions who once competed together for the United States, have taught at their own studio in Las Vegas since returning from South Korea. Brakus, an undefeated fighter, rules a hidden arena called the coliseum, where challengers must beat three gladiators for a shot at him. Travis competes there without telling his friends, and Alex's eleven-year-old son Walter, denied his black belt after failing to break a brick, blackmails Travis into sneaking him in. What Walter sees from the rafters sends him home to his father, while Weldon tells Alex and Tommy that Travis left the arena on his own. Champion Dae Han offers his help.
