Before You Say 'I Do' (2009) on Netflix

Plot summary

George Murray, an advertising man, is sure that he and his girlfriend Jane Gardner, an editor at a free newspaper, are meant for each other. Jane accepts his proposal without much enthusiasm, because her first marriage, to Doug, ended with his cheating, and she calls the engagement off. George wishes he had met her before Doug did. After a car crash, he wakes ten years earlier, days before Jane's wedding to Doug, and goes looking for her, expecting that she will fall in love with him at once. She does not. Jane's friend Mary Brown, who despises Doug for what he did, has never told Jane about it.
