Plot summary
Damian, the new Robin, is upset after a night when he could not stop the Joker and fell from a building, a fall a video blogger posted. In the Arctic, the Penguin lives in exile with Mr. Freeze and a penguin named Buzz. Freeze tries to repel oil drillers at his ice cave with an invention that makes an isopod giant. The Penguin urges a return to Gotham, and together they cut into Arkham Asylum to free Bane, Killer Croc, Chemo and Clayface. In an undersea hideout, Freeze turns Killer Croc and Chemo into giant ice monsters.
