The mermaid follows the boat. Ken is interning at a marine biology institute for the summer, and he has rented a cabin on the beach for Barbie, her sisters Skipper, Stacie, and Chelsea, and their puppies. Skipper hopes to win a photo blog contest. Diving with Ken, Barbie and Skipper see a strange large animal swim toward the institute and chase it in the boat.
