Plot summary
The Ward brothers live in a Cornish village that now depends on tourism. Steven inherited their late father's boat and now takes tourists out on trips. Martin sells his catch door to door and has no boat of his own, and he resents the visitors and what they expect of the village. The brothers sold the family home to Tim and Sandra Leigh, a couple from out of town who rent it to vacationers and took out their mother's pantry in the renovations. Martin lives on the estate above the harbor. Steven's son Neil would rather fish with his uncle than join the tours.
