Plot summary
In New York, Mike Tozzi and Cuthbert Gibbons are FBI agents assigned to a loan-sharking business the mob runs. One of the two goes undercover inside the gang and depends on an informant for what he learns about the operation. The informant has a sister, and the agent falls for her. She is connected to the people he is investigating, and the romance develops alongside the case he and his partner are building.
