Backwoods (2008) on Netflix

Plot summary

A couple named Tom and Gwen are attacked and taken captive in a national park. Each year Mark Till, a sporting goods tycoon, sponsors a week-long survival getaway for twelve of his employees, and this time the test is a paintball war in remote woods. The players are outsiders among wary locals. On the first night Adam Benson steps out of camp to look into a sound and finds nothing. The next day the Alpha and Bravo teams begin the war, and one shot brings down a figure who belongs to neither team. Heading back toward camp, the Beta group comes upon an abandoned house, and inside they are set upon by men with axes and bows.
