Plot summary
Hannah Fisher sells tropical getaways for Tropical Beach Travel and is the company's top agent, and she wants to run a hotel of her own somewhere sunny, though a flood at a small New York property she once managed left her doubting she can. Her boss Erin instead sends her to an ice hotel in Canada as the company opens a winter destination division, an assignment that replaces the cruise she had planned with her parents, her best friend Phoebe Price and Phoebe's parents. Phoebe, getting over a breakup with Shawn, comes along. The trip changes how Hannah feels about winter getaways, and there she meets the owner and designer, Ben Wade.
