Plot summary

Roberto Gómez, an advertising executive who came up with a famous slogan, has been out of work for years. Depressed and feeling he has failed his wife Luisa and their children, he goes to see an old business partner and friend, Javier Gándara, who tells him there is no job for him. Roberto drives to the hotel where he and Luisa spent their honeymoon, and finds a museum built around a Roman theater instead. Wandering the site during a press event, he panics at the sight of security guard Claudio, falls, and discovers that he cannot move his head. An iron spike has gone through his skull. Reporters at the dig turn to him, and rumors about the accident spread.
