Amnesiac (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

A family of three drives along a highway, and a child screams. A man then wakes in a large room, connected to hospital equipment, with no memory of the accident that put him there. A woman visits him in formal business attire and says she is his wife. He does not recognize her and grows suspicious of the claim. When she leaves the house to run errands, he explores the rooms. A photo album holds no pictures of her or of her late husband. In the basement he comes across a projector, anatomy charts, medical tools and books. When she returns, he questions her about the life she describes.
