Plot summary
Rachel's therapist, Lenore, offers no cure for the months of celibacy between Rachel and her husband Jeff. Looking to revive the marriage, the two go to a strip club, where Jeff pays for a private lap dance for Rachel, and Rachel learns that the dancer, McKenna, is nineteen. Rachel drives the streets around the club until she spots McKenna at an espresso hut and introduces herself; coffee together becomes a habit and the two become friends. Finding McKenna thrown out of her residence, Rachel invites her to stay in their large house, which Jeff does not welcome. Rachel learns McKenna is a prostitute with regular clients, and sets out to help her leave that life. Rachel begins teaching her how to care for Logan, Rachel's young son.
