Plot summary
Abby Hewitt and Ryan Cooper are single parents, and both are doing their Christmas shopping in the same crowded department store. Their toys get mixed up, and each of them leaves with the wrong gifts, which puts both of their holiday plans in doubt. The two cannot stand each other, yet neither can sort out the mix-up alone, so they have to help each other get their plans back on track. Neither of them notices that they are falling for each other.
