95ers: Echoes (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Sally Biggs works as an FBI agent and can send time backward by a few seconds whenever she wants. That talent makes her well known inside the bureau and lets her hold sway over most of her life. What she cannot govern is what scares her. Her husband, a scientist, disappears without explanation. Apparitions begin to gather near her, and strangers carrying terrifying technology know what she can do and want her dead. Her one lead is her husband's ghost, which draws her toward a conflict she never knew existed.
