Plot summary
Cruella de Vil has served three years for stealing puppies, and psychologist Dr. Pavlov has cured her longing for fur. Released on probation, she must behave or return to prison and hand the rest of her fortune to Westminster's dog shelters. She buys Kevin Shepherd's Second Chance Dog shelter to save it from insolvency and restores her working ties with valet Alonzo. Her probation officer, Chloe Simon, keeps Dipstick, one of the Dalmatians Cruella once took. Dipstick's mate Dottie has three puppies, among them Oddball, who has no spots on her coat. A chime from Big Ben brings Cruella's old self back, and she and French furrier Jean-Pierre LePelt set to work on a new coat.
