Plot summary
Jack is still grieving his brother a year after the death. Iris, his friend and also his brother's ex-girlfriend, offers him her father's remote island cottage in the Pacific Northwest so that he can restore his spirits. He arrives to find Iris's sister Hannah already there, recovering from a break-up and staying without Iris's knowledge. The two talk and drink, and after finishing a bottle of tequila between them they sleep together. The next morning Iris appears at the cabin door. Jack and Hannah each have something they are trying to keep from her, and feelings of their own to sort out.
