Plot summary
Dinner at El Coyote in Hollywood brings Sharon, Jay, Wojciech and Abigail together in 1969 to mark Abigail's coming move back to Boston. Wojciech is unhappy that her parents are influencing Abigail's decision. The four then spend the evening at Sharon's house. Sharon, who is pregnant, telephones her husband from the nursery, and the line goes dead. On the same property, Steven arrives and sells William, who lives in the guesthouse, a stereo. When Steven tries to drive away, the gate at the end of the driveway is disabled.
