Wild Things: Diamonds in the Rough (2005) on Netflix

Plot summary

In Blue Bay, South Florida, Marie Clifton is set to inherit the two diamonds her late mother left her, a pair called the mother and daughter. Her stepfather, Jay Clifton, goes to court to block the will, saying she is not ready, though he wants the stones for himself. Jay meets Elena Sandoval, a young woman on probation, at Marie's swim meet and asks her to come to Marie's eighteenth birthday party. Marie attacks Elena at the party, and Jay takes her to one of his building sites. Elena says Jay raped her. Detective Michael Morrison works the case.
