Plot summary
By 1990 the rave scene has come to Britain from Ibiza, and warehouse parties are spreading across the country, earning their organizers a great deal of money. In Manchester, Matt and Dylan are best friends in their early twenties who attend those parties as punters. They want to move from the crowd to the promoting side. The government is moving to outlaw the scene, so the two have little time to make that move.
