Walter (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Walter Gary Benjamin takes tickets at the cineplex in his town and tears them at the door, and he considers himself the son of God. The work fits around a bargain he struck at ten years old, when he asked that his father be allowed into Heaven and promised in return to weigh the eternal fate of every person he crossed paths with. He follows that routine day after day, and his mother, who frets about him, is part of it. Then a stranger named Greg arrives and presses Walter to think about what his life means and what comes next for him.
