Plot summary
Scott Marshall is a teenager in a family of superheroes. His father Jim is Bronze Eagle, his mother Judy is Warrior Woman, his older brother Adam is Silver Charger, and his grandfather Edward is Steel Condor. Scott alone has no powers, and he expects them to appear on his fourteenth birthday. The activist group Earth Protectors distributes CD-ROMs about the environment to his classmates. The programmer Nina wants the discs to educate, while her partner Malcolm intends to use them to make people commit crimes for him. A failed bank robbery reveals to Malcolm that the discs affect only children, and he runs more tests. Scott loses track of time while mesmerized by a CD-ROM, and Jim and Adam look into the bank.
