Plot summary
Unlisted Owner is a found footage thriller set in Lawford County, Illinois, where the murder of the Roth family has shaken a small community. The Roths had bought a house not long before, one with a past that few people knew about. Gavin Landers, Griffin Potts, Tyler Brian, Jed Groves, Andrea Mills and Haidee Summers hear a radio broadcast about the deaths and realize the killings happened a mile from the campsite they have booked for the weekend. Because the site is so close, the friends decide to drive over and investigate for themselves. The film is presented as crime scene video evidence, marked by placards that note the time, the date and which camera recorded each stretch of footage.
