Plot summary
The Pasalan Liberation Front, led by Commander Topov, kidnaps the son and daughter of Ukraine's prime minister and holds them hostage, demanding the release of imprisoned comrades within 72 hours. The group also takes over the damaged Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and threatens to detonate it. A rogue scientist, Dr. Robert Colin, has smuggled an experimental Next-Generation UniSol into its ranks. American troops and Ukrainian soldiers move on the plant, then pull back once the UniSol kills most of them. Dr. Richard Porter, who once worked with Dr. Colin on the UniSol project, revives four UniSols to stop it, and they are eliminated one by one.
