Plot summary
A Special Agent from Unit 262 is given the job of getting inside the Israeli mob, which is bringing drugs into the West Coast, and of bringing the whole organization down. He works undercover inside the mob under the code name 'Elijah.' The Israeli mob is preparing to take on the Mexican Baja Cartel for the drug market that runs from Los Angeles to Tijuana, and both groups want the same territory. The agent ends up in the middle of their turf war, and the whole of Unit 262, not only the man working undercover, has to take action.
