Plot summary
Dressed as Dracula, king of the vampires, Irwin spends Halloween night trick-or-treating with Billy, Mandy, and Grim. Billy wears a witch costume, and Mandy and Grim dress as the Spanish Inquisition, burning witches and vampires. Irwin feels that his life is passing him by. Mindy then fools him into opening a portal to the Underworld, and an army of evil candy warriors pours into the neighborhood. Irwin is attacked and calls Hoss Delgado, who joins the fight. The warriors bring Hoss down with soda-candy guns, and the sticky soda gives him a rash. When the candy army destroys the winning purple pansies Skarr has grown, Skarr emerges from his garage with a robot and joins the fight.

- Maxwell Atoms claimed in 2021 on his personal Tumblr that leaving Cartoon Network was not voluntary: the Underfist special got him fired by Michael Ouweleen for 'ruining Cartoon Network's brand' with his gross out humor.
- Cartoon Network would not pay for a permanent crew for a single film, so much of the work on Underfist was done freelance or by creator Maxwell Atoms himself.
- Underfist never became a series because Cartoon Network president Stuart Snyder chose to focus on new ideas including live-action, a move that drove long-time network creators Maxwell Atoms, Mr. Warburton and Craig McCracken to leave.
