Plot summary
Rosewood High School loses its theater, music and dance departments to budget cuts, and the students decide to create their own. Finding a script, music and choreography is the first problem they face. For all three they turn to an uncommon source, the Bible, and each student takes something different from it, coming to believe that God takes them personally. They bring their own talents to the task and work together on a production drawn from the parables. Political correctness and months of bullying from the establishment press against them as they defend their right to worship, meet and perform, and expert legal counsel and help from Christian music performers arrive on their side.
