Plot summary
Tuesday is fifteen and uses a wheelchair. Her illness cannot be cured. One day a macaw appears in her house. It talks, and its size shifts. Tuesday understands what the bird is, and it has come to give her release from pain. She asks it to wait until her mother gets back. Zora arrives home and finds Death there in the house.
