Plot summary
An encounter online brings Caleb Jacobs and Jeremy Dorian together, and the two begin a relationship. Caleb has borderline personality disorder and does not let Jeremy see much of his life, keeping his past private, including a mother who is mentally ill. The affection between them is bound up with what Caleb withholds, so the line between what he tells Jeremy and what is real stops being clear, and a darker side of him comes forward as they grow closer.
