Trigun: Badlands Rumble (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Twenty years ago the outlaw Gasback robbed a bank with his gang, and his partners turned on him and fled with the money. In the present, one of them, Cain, runs Macca City and has spent his share on a power plant and a bronze statue in his own likeness. Cain takes out an insurance policy on the statue, sending Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson of the Bernardelli Insurance Society to guard it. Talk that Gasback may come for the town draws bounty hunters eager for the price on his head. Vash the Stampede travels toward Macca City, and on the way he comes to the aid of a young woman, Amelia, who is being harassed. Nicholas D. Wolfwood has agreed to protect Gasback without joining his robberies.
