Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- The film's Turkish-language version, Sıralardaki Heyecanlar, was never shown in Turkey because a political problem arose in Greek–Turkish relations over the Turkish regime's proscriptions against the Greeks of Constantinople.
- The film was shot simultaneously in Greek and Turkish; in the Turkish version, titled Sıralardaki Heyecanlar, Turkish actors dubbed the Greek cast and several Greek actors were replaced by Turkish ones.
- Giorgos Konstantinou, who played the schoolgirl's tutor, said the famous scene in which he tries to order a profiterole by describing it to a waiter in a pastry shop made his career: it was so successful in the stage version that he began working as a theatre company owner.
