Plot summary
Tony Ferris works as a blackjack dealer in a Las Vegas casino while he plans a robbery. His brother Gino was killed trying to take one of Steve Skorsky's armored trucks by force, so Tony intends to do it with better planning. The truck he has in mind carries $7 million in casino cash toward Los Angeles. Ann Bennett, Skorsky's secretary, gambles compulsively, and Tony helps her win at the tables in return for a share. He wants the details she can give him about the trucks. Inspector Douglas of the Treasury is also watching Skorsky, suspecting the trucks move gold for organized crime.
