Plot summary
Father Harris is a priest who has lost his mother to murder, and guilt over her death weighs on him. Driving home after a night of heavy drinking, he chooses a lonely country road. A crippled woman appears in the street ahead of him, and there is no one else around to help. He goes with her into the woods, where a cult closes in around him, then releases him without explanation. Visions trouble him after that, and he keeps questioning his faith. His own morbid curiosity pushes him to look into the demonic cult and find out more about it.
