Trailer

Plot summary

A documentary about John Lennon's change from a member of the Beatles into an antiwar activist who opposed Richard Nixon's reelection in 1972. It follows the peace campaign he ran with Yoko Ono, from songs and public events to a plan for concerts in states that held that year's presidential primaries, aimed at young voters. The plan brought a deportation attempt against him from the Nixon administration, and interviewees including Yoko Ono look back on the period.
