The Toy Soldiers (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

Mary Harris is fighting her ex-husband for custody of their children and finds calm in alcohol. The abuse he inflicted still hangs over the family: Jack, nineteen and addicted to drugs, and his younger brother Elliot, bullied at school and hiding that he is gay. In the same town, one teenager offers sexual favors to be accepted and crosses paths with a classmate who has a disability and wants her love, while a red-haired young woman is haunted by a secret and tragic past. These five coming-of-age stories run alongside each other through a single night in 1980s America, the last night before the Toy Soldiers Roller Rink, their local hangout, closes for good.
